When will I get my order?

How much does shipping cost?

We utilize a transparent, all-inclusive pricing model for shipping our ita bags. The shipping cost is calculated based on your location and is included in the final price you see at checkout or on Kickstarter. Most importantly, we primarily use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means all applicable import duties and taxes for your anime merchandise carrier are calculated, paid, and handled by us in advance. You will not face any hidden fees or paperwork upon delivery.
