What materials do you use?

The Cyberpunk Ita Backpack body and transparent display windows are made with TPU, including transparent TPU for the clear windows. Are the clear windows scratch-proof?

No clear display window should be treated as scratch-proof. The transparent windows are designed for better clarity and durability than cheap soft plastic windows, but sharp objects, rough handling, and abrasive cleaning can still damage them. Use a soft cloth and avoid harsh scrubbing.

Is the backpack waterproof?

The Cyberpunk Ita Backpack is designed for normal daily carry conditions, not full submersion or heavy storm abuse. It can handle ordinary use, but you should avoid soaking the bag, leaving it in heavy rain, or storing wet merch inside the display areas.

How should I clean the display windows?

Shipping, Duties & Delivery

Where are your products manufactured?

Ita Bag Co works with a small, specialized production team experienced in structured bag construction. The brand and website are operated by Nanobro Technology Co., Ltd., incorporated in Hong Kong. Our goal is to manage product development, quality control, and global logistics directly.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are expected to ship from strategic hubs in Asia. Final fulfillment details may depend on campaign structure, destination, production schedule, and logistics partners. Customers will receive tracking information once an order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your location and the final checkout or campaign setup. We aim to keep shipping transparent, and any available shipping options, duties, taxes, and delivery details will be shown before payment whenever possible.

Do you use DDP shipping?

We aim to use Delivered Duty Paid shipping where possible. DDP means import duties and taxes are handled in advance instead of surprising you at the door like a villain with an invoice. Availability may vary by destination and shipping method.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery timing depends on the launch schedule, production timeline, shipping destination, and logistics route. If you join the waitlist or support the launch campaign, we will share production and delivery updates as the project moves forward.

Returns, Warranty & Support

What is your return policy?

We do not currently accept returns for change of mind. As a small independent brand working with structured display bags, we ask customers to review all product details carefully before ordering. Full policy details should be checked on our Refund Policy page before purchase.

What happens if my bag arrives with a manufacturing defect?

If your bag arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order information and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer repair, replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

What is covered by warranty?

Warranty coverage applies to verified defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, overloading, sharp-object damage, or changes caused by rough handling.
